This is not an explicit-consent text. Consent for special-category personal data is obtained separately through the Athlete Explicit Consent.

- Establishment, exercise or protection of rights: disputes, objections and defences.

The mechanism for special-category data may be updated following legal or regulatory developments.
5. Collection methods
Data is collected through the online membership form, email, phone/WhatsApp communications, competition and event processes, and independent anti-doping providers.
6. Transfers and recipients
- Hosting and infrastructure providers needed to operate the website and database.
- Restricted-access spreadsheet infrastructure used to follow membership applications; the authorised database remains the system of record.
- Independent anti-doping providers and accredited laboratories for collection, analysis and results management.
- Accountants and banks for payment confirmation and legal financial records.
- Competent public authorities and courts where legally required.
- International organisers only at the athlete's request and only with data necessary for that registration.
Where a transfer abroad is required, TDVG follows the applicable KVKK cross-border transfer requirements.
7. Athletes under 18
Membership applications require parent/guardian details and approval. Anti-doping information is subject to more restricted access and a more protective approach to public disclosure.
8. Retention
Data is retained for the purpose and for applicable statutory limitation/retention periods. Data no longer needed and not subject to a legal duty is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
9. Security
Access to applications and membership records is restricted to authorised TDVG personnel. Anti-doping access is more narrowly authorised, and access/change activity is logged.
10. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn purposes and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions apply; ask that these actions be notified to recipients; object to an adverse result produced solely by automated systems; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
Send requests to info@dogalvucutgelistirme.org.tr or the postal address above. Consent-based media and commercial-message permissions may be withdrawn at any time.
11. Updates
The controller may update this notice following changes in law, organisation or anti-doping operations. The current version is published on this page.
