This consent covers health and other special-category personal data needed for competition and anti-doping processes. Read the general Privacy Notice.
It is collected separately from other application permissions. Marketing and media permissions are outside its scope.
1. Scope of consent
- Test date, test type and provider records.
- Test result and process status.
- B-sample request and result records.
- Medication, supplement and related health information where required.
- Sanction and results-management records, where applicable.
2. Data minimisation
Detailed laboratory and medical records remain with the independent provider or accredited laboratory where possible. TDVG stores only the minimum information required to manage the process.
3. Recipients
- Independent anti-doping providers and accredited laboratories.
- Authorised TDVG results-management personnel.
- Lawyers and competent authorities in a dispute.
- An international organiser at the athlete's request, limited to necessary data.
4. Testability
All active TDVG members may be tested with urine and/or blood samples at any time, including the off-season, from the moment their membership fee is confirmed and membership is activated. Travel notifications are used only for test planning and are never made public.
4a. Publication of results (separate, optional consent)
This consent does not cover publishing your results with your name or photo. Publication of a verified negative result with your name and photo in TDVG transparency bulletins and on the website requires a separate optional permission on the application form. Not giving it does not affect your application or test result; without it only anonymous statistics are shared. Medical reports, address, identity and travel data are never published, and minors' identity and images are never published.
5. Athletes under 18
A parent or guardian must give separate consent. The provider's minor-athlete protocol applies to blood collection.
6. Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent by writing to info@dogalvucutgelistirme.org.tr. Withdrawal applies prospectively. If anti-doping processing can no longer continue, membership and competition eligibility may also be unable to continue. Legally required records may still be retained.
7. Declaration
By selecting the relevant box in the form, you confirm that you have read this text and consent to the described processing. The consent date and document version are recorded.
8. Data controller
Anti-doping and competition processes are operated by Doğal Sportif Faaliyetler Anonim Şirketi under the Türkiye Doğal Vücut Geliştirme (TDVG) name.
